Return Policy

Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. We are under no obligation to accept any returns of merchandise. Any goods returned without an RMA will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. When we elect to accept a return of goods, these returns must be made within 10 days after authorization. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any custom or special orders are not returnable or cancelable.

Shortages and Damage Claims
All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of shipment. Our responsibility ends when the carrier signs our receipt. Claims for loss or damages occurring during transit must be made upon the carriers. All carriers require that all shipping cartons and packing materials be retained and made available for inspection. Carriers will not consider damage claims where packing materials or cartons have been lost or discarded. We are not responsible for delays or damage in transit or for delays in delivery due to strikes, or other causes beyond our control.

Shipping

Shipping
All prices are F.O.B. Miami, Florida unless otherwise indicated. Orders will be shipped UPS or common carrier depending upon weight and size. UPS air shipment and Federal Express services are available upon request. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent by UPS air direct or may be sent by common carrier to the freight forwarder of your choice. Drop shipping is available; however, each shipment to each location is treated as a separate order.

Minimum Order
$40.00 exclusive of freight charges. Orders for less than $40.00 may not be accepted. A packing and handling charge of $8.00 will be added to orders less than $40.00.
